Cancellation & Refund Policy – GoExotic Private Ltd

You have up to 2 calendar days from the date of booking to cancel your reservation and request a refund.

To initiate cancellation, you must provide the Token Invoice Number issued at the time of booking on www.goexotic.co.

Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review and verify your details. You will be notified within 7 days regarding the status of your cancellation.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).

You will also receive an email confirming the refund status.

Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of cancellation approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

To process the refund, the following must be presented:

  • Original Booking Receipt/Invoice/Bank or Card Statement
  • The same Credit/Debit Card used for the payment
  • A valid Identity Proof

When Cancellation is Not Allowed:

Your booking will not be eligible for cancellation or refund if:

  • The cancellation request is made after 48 hours from the time of booking.
  • You are unable to present the original receipt, original payment card, or valid proof of purchase, Bank/Debit Card/Credit Card deduction Statement.

Dispute Resolution.

Any dispute related to this cancellation or refund policy will be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by GoExotic Private Ltd. The legal jurisdiction for all such matters will be Gurugram only.
